At Pump Pal, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Free from damage, wear, or alterations.
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards.
- Personal care items (e.g., massage rollers, resistance bands) for hygiene reasons.
- Final sale or clearance items.
2. Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return, email us at contact@getpumppal.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

Ship the Item Back: Send the product back to our designated return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If a return is denied (e.g., used or damaged items), we will notify you via email.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at contact@getpumppal.com.
If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Cancellations & Order Modifications
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once processed for shipping, cancellations are not possible.
If an order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return upon receipt.
